By visiting our webshop, you agree that the laws of Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and 'Ausanter' / 'Renova Australia' or its affiliates.

PRICING
The list price displayed for our products represents the Recommended Retail Price in Australian Dollars (AUD), GST inclusive. Shipping and transport costs are supported by end clients. These are subject to reviews and variations.

DELIVERY TIME & PAYMENT MODE
We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the address you mention for delivery.
The method of payment available is using VISA or MASTERCARD (charges may apply), over a secure connection and processed at the bank's online server. We usually take 24 hours to credit your card and proceed with the shipping. Delivery will take between 3 to 5 business days.
You will receive the order confirmation and delivery information over e-mail.

REFUND POLICY
Renova Australia will endeavour to pursue customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product upon delivery, please advise us as soon as possible. No refunds will be accepted of open plastic 6 wraps, or in the case of the tubes, of "open" rolls. If we are satisfied, refunds will be processed with 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
